Shipping Locations
Currently, ZYNEZ ships within Pakistan only.
Order Processing
* Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* During sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
* Major Cities: 2–5 business days
* Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and your location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, ZYNEZ may offer free shipping promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
ZYNEZ currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
To reduce fraudulent orders, we may contact customers by WhatsApp or phone to verify their order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
* The shipping address is incorrect,
* The customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, or
* The customer refuses to accept the order,
the order may be cancelled or returned to ZYNEZ. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. ZYNEZ is not responsible for such delays.
